Is it still possible to obtain black Dieci via trade ups?
In terms of rarity, the standard Dieci wheels are considered common, whilst the painted ones are considered rare. The Black Dieci wheels are among the most costly on the market, making them very hard to come by. Only by trade will you be able to get a copy.

It is not possible to trade in anything obtained via Rocket Pass, the Item Shop, Blueprints, Event Stores, or Fan Rewards. Except for the highest level goods (Exotic for random item drops and Black Market for Blueprints), all things above common may be traded. The receiving item will be one rarity level higher.
