As the event draws closer, let’s take a look at what you need to know before heading down to Calgary for this iconic event.

Everybody is encouraged to attend in costume and take advantage of the free cosplay photo park to capture that special memory as well as the red carpet that gives every cosplayer the chance to walk down the aisle and get snapped by a professional photographer. The Stampede Qualifier gives hardcore cosplayers the chance to compete for a $1250 cash prize while hosting panels held across the four days gives burgeoning costume creators the chance to learn from the best in the business. However good you are behind a sewing machine, make sure to get your costume nailed down.
